Vice President for the Orange Coast District, Harvey Boelts, made his homecoming visit to the Mission Viejo/Saddleback Valley Elks Lodge No. 2444 (“Elks Lodgeâ€). Mr. Boelts is a Past Exalted Ruler of the Elks Lodge and retired Captain of the Laguna Beach Fire Department.

During his visit with his team of District Committee Chair People, Harvey complimented the Elks Lodge on the extent of their charitable work in communities throughout the Saddleback Valley. He also presented the Elks Lodge with a California-Hawaii Elks Association certificate of appreciation for its contribution of $15,600 to the state’s major project which benefits disabled children and provides vision screening throughout California and Hawaii.
