On September 23, 2013 Elk Grove Lodge had a Ceremony for all the Soccer Shoot Out Winners.  All the winners advanced to the North Central District Tournament at Sacramento No. 6 Lodge on October 6th.  Elk Grove Lodge Chairman is Phil Benedum.
