Our lodge had another great opportunity to show our community that Elks Care and Elks Share—Being “A Beacon of Hopeâ€. On Saturday/Sunday September 21st and 22nd, Petaluma Elks supported the Relay for Life Cancer event by not only having a team in the event but also manning a booth and making a cash donation of $250. Over 200 people participated in the Walk. Twelve Elks supported our booth. What better way to meet the community and show our support in helping find a cure for this horrible disease. Drug Awareness pamphlets were also handed out.
