Vallejo, California Lodge No. 559 recently held its 37th Educator’s Night with 286 teachers, administrators and political representatives attending.  Following a social hour and dinner seventeen area teachers, selected by their peers, were recognized for their exceptional dedication to their students and their profession with certificates of merit presented by Exalted Ruler Michael Smith, Danny Brandinini, State Senate representative of Senator Lois Volk and Ron Taylor, State Senate representative of Susan Bonilla.  Lodge members PDDGER Gene Beckel and event chairman John Stevens presented the “Best Decorated Table” award, a feature of the evening started 36 years ago by PER Chuck Phillips, to St. Patrick/St. Vincent School.
