It is my sad duty to report that PDDGER and Past Grand Lodge Auditing Committee Member David Oberheu of Honolulu Lodge No. 616 has passed away. David was the Exalted Ruler of Honolulu Elks Lodge No. 616 1986-1987; Hawaii District Vice President 1991-1992; District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler twice 1992-1993 and 1999-2000 and he also served on the Grand Lodge Auditing Committee 2007-2009. We will miss him. Below are some photos of David accompanying GER Lou Sulzberger and First Lady Beth during the Official Visit to Hawaii in 2007-2008.

I’ve never met a finer gentleman or Elk. He will be missed.
