At what Hotel is the Convention and where is the West Central Coast District going to be lodging?

We will be staying at the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa. You will need to contact your District Housing Chairman about reservations. Your West Central Coast Chairman is Tom Ryder. He can be contacted at 805-428-2665 or kr3tcr@roadrunner.com. I hope you have a great time at the convention!
I attempted to send an email to tom ryder, It was sent back to me denying my request showing an email that I have not used for over 4 years now? how can I reach this person for more info or can use answer my questions, I am an Elk member from Escondido Lodge1687, than Nina Alioto
