On August 13, Oceano/Five Cities Elks Lodge Exalted Ruler Mike Balster presented $1000 donation to Nipomo High School Principal John Denno for the SLO South County Parent Institute. The Parent Institute is designed to engage and empower parents as active participants in their child’s education and connect them with the community. As the major sponsor, Oceano/Five Cities Elks Lodge will be present at the event with all of our Youth Activities and Elroy.
