Delilah – CHEA’S 2011 Theme Child
Each year at the Annual CHEA Convention a new theme child is chosen to inspire Elks throughout California and Hawaii to support this worthy cause.
Delilah was born with multiple medical complications. At three months of age she had a respiratory arrest causing neurologic impairment. She remained at Children’s Hospital for five months undergoing surgical corrections. At two years old, when Delilah needed therapy the most, Elks therapists started making the transformation for her….
